Last week, Kevin with EJ Medical installed a Bruno manufacturer chairlift on our interior stairs to go up to the second floor and two chairlifts on the basement stairs.  I always get 2 or 3 quotes and research things, and Kevin's Bruno chairlifts were highly rated and competitively priced. Kevin and Hugo worked efficiently, and they were friendly and professional to work with.  My family member started using the chairlifts immediately.  I now have peace of mind for their safety , and they have easy access to our house. It was money well spent and an investment in my loved one's health and safety. Excellent service from start to finish. My sale representative, Jeff was honest, thorough and compassionate. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. They came out days later to install my stairlift. The person who did the installation was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. He explained everything regarding my new stairlift. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Company You Can Trust Before AND After the Sale I intentionally waited before writing this review, and today I am actually glad that I did. We purchased a custom Bruno curved stairlift from E J Medical Supply in 2024. This was a significant investment for our family and a complicated installation because of the design of our staircase. From the very beginning, Jeff Dubin, Derek Dietz, Kevin Rose, and the entire E J Medical team gave us an excellent experience. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and never made us feel that this was simply another sale. He took the time to understand our needs, explain the different options, and make sure we were comfortable with such an important decision. Derek and Kevin, along with the installation team, deserve special recognition as well. Installing a custom curved stairlift in our home was not a simple job. They were professional, careful, respectful of our home, and extremely attentive to the details. They worked hard to make sure everything was installed properly, safely, and exactly as it should be. So why am I writing this review now, long after the installation? Because I believe you truly learn about a company after they have already received your business. Recently, we needed help with a small component on the stairlift. This was the moment that really impressed me. Their attitude did not change because the sale was completed long ago. They were still responsive, helpful, and genuinely interested in taking care of us. That kind of after-sales support is what turned an excellent installation experience into a five-star relationship for me. Many companies can be attentive when they are trying to earn your business. The real measure of a company is what happens months or years later when you call and need help. E J Medical Supply showed us that they stand behind their customers and continue to care after the installation is finished. For something as important as a stairlift—something your family depends on for safety, mobility, independence, and peace of mind—that level of support means a great deal. A sincere thank you to Jeff, Derek, Kevin, the installers, and everyone at E J Medical Supply who has helped us along the way. After having the opportunity to experience both their installation and their after-sales support, I can confidently say that choosing E J Medical Supply was the right decision. EJ Medical was amazing. I had a chair lift that was installed 6 months ago by another company. It stopped working suddenly stranding two handicapped people on the first floor. When I called the original company they said that they could come out in a week.  EJ medical thought that was as ludicrous as I did and came out within hours.
