Stair Lift

Best thing I did for myself. The stair lift is a life saver as I can go up and down multiple times a day. Jeff made it so easy to understand how it works and the price was very reasonable. Derek came to do the install a few days after I called and was great. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the lift. I would definitely recommend them.

Jeff came out to our house on Monday and presented the chairlift concept to us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and took his time to explain everything to us. we explained that we needed it ASAP. And on Thursday, Derek and Bill showed up and installed the stair lift, gave Joe a test ride and explained how the chair turns around at the top of the stairs and locks in place so there is no danger of falling. Derek and Bill worked quietly and efficiently and are the nicest guys ever. It is no wonder the company has been in business for a long time.
Congratulations and sincerest gratitude to the team – Jeff, Derek and Bill. You have made life so much safer for Joe and we are so appreciative of your swift help.

Jeff came to our house a few days ago to take measurements for our stairlift to be installed. He was on time, very professional, explained everything to us. Today, March 27, Derek came to install it for us. He was also on time. He had installed the stairlift in a very short time, no mess or anything. Then he explained everything to us and was patient with me, I am very forgetful.
It was such a pleasure to have both Jeff and Derek here. Two nicer people you couldn\’t find.

Help with our lift

Called and spoke to Jeff regarding a situation where our lift was not getting power to the unit/chair. A GREAT GROUP

Have dealt with the company since before 2006. They installed the original chair life for my Dad. When he no longer needed it they uninstalled and guided storage. We kept it and when we needed to reinstall, they were the only company who would even consider coming out to look at it. It was reinstalled and lasted a few years. They installed a newer unit on Thursday. From the original contact to the last contact, they were always professional, honest, reasonable in cost, and customer focused. Of particular note were Jeff and Derek: great with whom to work. Worth considering,!

I felt I was given all the information I needed regarding the chair lift and decided to make this important purchase from them and I am not sorry. Every part of my experience with EJ Medical was terrific. I originally ordered my Stair Lift in March, then the Pandemic Hit. M husband is Immune Compromised and I was not able to let anyone in my house. Jeff totally understood and did not pressure me in any way to have my in stock Lift installed. With things (at least in PA) appearing to get better, I finally decided it was a good time to have the Lift installed. Derek took all the precautions needed. He made sure I was his first installation of the day and packed the lift in his truck the night before so he would not have any contact with other employees. Having my house listed first, limited exposure to other people. Derek also took the time to make sure both of us understood how to properly use the chair. We can\’t be happier with our purchase,

Daughter!

Our mother’s Bruno stairlift (that was purchased from E.J. Medical) is over 15 years old, and still going strong. The batteries needed replacing, and Jeff came out today, (Christmas eve!!), to take care of this for us. Plus, he did a lot of extra work so that the lift would continue to run well. He was prompt, very reasonable, and kept the repair cost affordable, even with the extra work. I highly recommend E.J. Medical for both sales, installation, and taking great care of their customers, even many years later. Thank you again Jeff for a job well done!

Absolutely fantastic service.

Christmas morning my mother-in-law’s chair lift started having problems. I assumed that there was no way I was going to get assistance until the next day at the earliest, and that she would be stuck downstairs and spending that night on the sofa. I called E J Medical that morning anyway so I could at least hope to get help first thing the next day. Left message on the answering machine and Jeff returned my call within 30 minutes and then walked me through a successful fix over the telephone. On Christmas morning! Absolutely fantastic service.

There aren’t many people like you around these days.

It’s been almost a month since you installed the stair lift for me and what a difference it has made in my life. By the end of the day, I used to crawl up the steps. The lift has made it possible for me to “run” back up every time I forget something. The men that installed it were kind, quick and clean and taught me how to operate it.

I am so glad I found E J Medical. I had a very bad experience with a company who installed my lift incorrectly. It would not work right. I want to let anyone looking for a company to install or repair an outside or inside lift you could not get a better company than E J Medical. They returned my phone calls and kept the appointments and when they say they will be there for repairs, they come on time.
